Customizable letter template

This document is designed toinform parents of Students and to explain the procedure to enter their Contact details on ENT. editable and personalized with your own information.
It is designed to be :
  • printed and slipped into Home liaison diaries / Course(s) bags,
  • inserted in an e-mail, (Targeted communication of the "ENT Mailbox" type *).
  • used in the content of a news item on your ENT Home page ("announcement" type targeted communication *).

Don't worry! If not all of your students' parents provide their telephone numbers or agree to receive your SMS messages, the ENT SMS sending tool will automatically, via the ENT Mailbox,a relay of the communication to those who cannot receive them. So no recipient is forgotten and no further steps are required on your part.

*Targeted communication of the "ENT Mailbox" type sends a message with an attachment to the ENT Mailbox and to the personal e-mail box set up by the parents, along with the attachments, with no possibility of reply by the recipients. Targeted communication of the "announcement" type is used to place information in the top right-hand corner of the personal Home page, with a possible link to an ENT article or an external web page.
