Discover all the new features of the Student record in this video. Skolengo's Student record gives you quick access to information about your students, their Timetables, their Schooling and their results. Absence(s), lateness(es) and Disciplinary measures can also be added.
In the Student record you will find :
- Student contact details (age, Class, Form teacher, group and canteen diet)
- PAI (Individualized Home Project) and PAP (Personalized Support Plan) if the Student is subject to such support
- Contact details for legal guardians
- The AESHor guardians associated with the Student
- Timetable
- Schooling: Absence(s), Lateness(es), Observation, Disciplinary measures, by Subject, Reason(s) and Day
- Results : report cards and transcripts by trimester and by year
- Canteen days
Various actions can be taken from the Student record:
- Add an Absence(s) or Lateness(es)
- Send an SMS to legal guardians, for staff with this right
- Add, view or download a PAP and PAI document, for the School Principal, the CPE, the infirmary (depending on the PAI/PAP) and parents.
- View peculiar absences(s)
- Download or view report cards or Summary of grades
