SMS templates are available for the Absence(s) service and now also for the Disciplinary measures service. From these 2 Services, you can access a Templates management area. You'll find a pre-existing template, and you can also create your own.

From the Absence(s) service :

This function is accessible from the Absence(s) > More > manage templates section, to all persons with the Schooling Manager* role in the Absence(s) service.

From the Disciplinary measures service :

This Job title is available in the Schooling > Disciplinary measures > More > manage templates module, to all those with the role of Schooling Manager* in the Disciplinary measures department.

*These roles are assigned by default to the School principal, his deputy and the CPE. They can also be assigned by the Administrator to another User.To find out more
