[Primary school] Absence(s) management by half-day

A Student is present this morning but will be absent this afternoon due to a medical appointment. How do I register his absence?
Teachers can do the Attendance register in one click and record the Student's absence for half a day.

Please note: it is important to set the morning and afternoon Class times in advance.
