[New] Targeted communication: Send announcements/messages to free groups

You can now target groups of Users more precisely when publishing targeted communications. This follows on from the development enabling you to send targeted communications to classes and Teaching groups. A new Free Group field is available in the Targets block of a new Targeted communication.

This applies to the ENT Announcement and Mailbox channels only. Targeted communication for free groups applies to both School and Local authority portals.
