In addition, in compliance with the regulations in force, your data could be transmitted, where appropriate, to the competent authorities upon request and in particular to government organisations, exclusively to respond to legal obligations and to legal auxiliaries, ministry officers and organisations in charge of bill collection, and in the framework of the search for perpetrators of internet crime.


Your rights

In compliance with the computing and freedom law and the GDPR, you have the right of access and, where appropriate, the deletion, correction, limitation, as well as the right to portability of your data. How long shall we keep your data?

Your data are kept by Skolengo for a period which shall not exceed the time needed for the purposes for which they were collected, in compliance with the regulations in force.

In this regard, the data used for the purposes of prospection can be kept for a maximum period of 3 years as of the closing of the user account or the last contact with the prospect concerned. The user data shall be deleted when the conservation time expires.

Nevertheless, the data could be archived beyond the planned times for the needs of research, observation and the pursuit of crimes with the sole purpose as needed, for making this data available to the legal authorities.

In the framework of our data processing relative to the management of hiring, if you do not request the destruction of your folder, the data are automatically destroyed 2 years after the last contact. Only your formal agreement will allow it to be kept longer.


Where and how are the data stored?

Skolengo takes all useful precautions in order to keep your personal data secure and confidential and in particular to prevent them being deformed, damaged or an unauthorized third-party having access to them.

The recommendations of the French Computing and Liberties Commission are taken into account in the management of security for the whole group to which Kosmos belongs.

Your data are stored either in our databases or in those of our sub-contractor Nfrance, which are situated in the European Union.
