All of the websites are governed by French and International legislation concerning authorship rights and intellectual property. Names, brands and signs cited on these websites are the property of their respective depositors. Any use or reproduction, whether total or partial, of elements making up them and/or information which appears on them, by whatever means, constitutes a counterfeit subject to sanctions under the Intellectual Property Code.


Confidentiality policy

Skolengo is concerned by the protection of personal data which the company collects from users, clients, suppliers, partners, candidates and more generally, any physical person sending us these personal data via its websites and applications.

We shall take all necessary measures to ensure that all personal data are treated in compliance with the amended law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as well as the provisions of the General Regulation for Data Protection no. 2016/79 of 27 April 2016 (hereafter “GDPR”), applicable since 25 May 2018.

The present confidentiality policy defines and informs you of the way in which Skolengo uses and protects personal data which you have sent to us. Please note that the confidentiality policy is likely to be modified or supplemented by Skolengo at any time, in particular for the purpose of complying with any change of legislative, regulatory, legal or technological change. These modifications engage the user as soon as the new confidentiality policy is put on-line. Consequently, the user must regularly consult the confidentiality policy in order to take account of any of its modifications.

In general, it is possible for you to visit our websites without communicating any personal data concerning you. Nevertheless, it could be that you wish to obtain certain information or services. In this respect, Skolengo may in certain cases ask you to fill in personal data via contact forms on our websites.

Who are the recipients of your data?

In the framework of processing and for the purposes mentioned above, your data could be used by:

  • Skolengo’s technical providers and sub-contractors including our hosting provider, the company NFrance, situated at 9 Rue Ritay, 31000 Toulouse, France

We could also call upon sub-contractors for certain services: invoicing, security, marketing, customer relations, order management, data storage, analysis and processing, legal services. In this context, Skolengo supplies them with your data so that they perform services on behalf of Skolengo. This is why we ask these service providers to guarantee that they will not use your information other than to help us provide the expected products and services.

In addition, in compliance with the regulations in force, your data could be transmitted, where appropriate, to the competent authorities upon request and in particular to government organisations, exclusively to respond to legal obligations and to legal auxiliaries, ministry officers and organisations in charge of bill collection, and in the framework of the search for perpetrators of internet crime.


Your rights

In compliance with the computing and freedom law and the GDPR, you have the right of access and, where appropriate, the deletion, correction, limitation, as well as the right to portability of your data. The exercise of these rights can occur at any time, by means of sending an identifying document, and contacting our Data Protection Officer (DPO) by e-mail: contact-dpo@skolengo.com or by letter to the following address: Skolengo, for the attention of the Data Protection Officer, 8 rue Kervégan 44000 Nantes, France.
We also remind you that you have the right, for legitimate reasons, to oppose the processing of your data and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You have the possibility, where appropriate, to make a claim to the CNIL (French Computing and Liberties Commission).


How long shall we keep your data?

Your data are kept by Skolengo for a period which shall not exceed the time needed for the purposes for which they were collected, in compliance with the regulations in force.

In this regard, the data used for the purposes of prospection can be kept for a maximum period of 3 years as of the closing of the user account or the last contact with the prospect concerned. The user data shall be deleted when the conservation time expires.

Nevertheless, the data could be archived beyond the planned times for the needs of research, observation and the pursuit of crimes with the sole purpose as needed, for making this data available to the legal authorities.

In the framework of our data processing relative to the management of hiring, if you do not request the destruction of your folder, the data are automatically destroyed 2 years after the last contact. Only your formal agreement will allow it to be kept longer.


Where and how are the data stored?

Skolengo takes all useful precautions in order to keep your personal data secure and confidential and in particular to prevent them being deformed, damaged or an unauthorized third-party having access to them.

The recommendations of the French Computing and Liberties Commission are taken into account in the management of security for the whole group to which Kosmos belongs.

Your data are stored either in our databases or in those of our sub-contractor Nfrance, which are situated in the European Union.


Cookies policy

During the first connection to our websites, you are informed by a banner at the top of your screen that information relative to your browsing is likely to be stored in so-called “cookie” files for the purposes of anonymous statistics. Our use of cookies policy allows you to better understand the provisions that we implement concerning the browsing on our website.
