Skolengo offers features for simplifying communication between its users. Targeted communication is a powerful tool for easily communicating with several user groups. It allows a partner portal (academic or municipality) or a school, to perform bulk communication actions to precise user targets.

Targeted communication is entirely controlled by the issuer who targets the recipients prior to the distribution as well as the distribution mode depending on the user profile (news, announcements or messaging service).

  • The partner profile can broadcast news and announcements to the schools of its network but also announcements on its own portal. It can also perform communications via the Skolengo messaging service.
  • The school portal can only distribute announcements on its own portal or send a targeted communication. For city schools, it is possible to select one of the schools of the city.

An assistant is available on our solution to assist the user in putting the communication on-line. Thus, the person in charge of a targeted communication has only 3 steps to perform:
  • Defining the target: choosing who will be the recipient of the communication being prepared. It is possible to define up to 10 targets.
  • Choosing and configuring the action: the issuer has the possibility of treating their communication as news, as an announcement or a message.
  • Launching the action: the last step corresponds to sending the communication to all the targets.
