Amongst the news items from the third quarter: individual corrected papers sent directly to students from the Teaching module, a new “Meeting” service in the Collaborative module, online meal booking for staff and students in the Catering module and customization of graphics in official Administrative & Finance documents.
Teaching: send individual corrected papers directly from the “Work-to-do” service

The “Work-to-do” service already allowed teachers to send individual corrected papers to each student.
From now on, teachers can also choose direct distribution of individual corrected papers as of the receipt of the work from the student concerned and allow the student to deliver new work.
On their side, the student sees the new work-to-do on their home page. They can modify their work while consulting the corrected paper sent by their teacher.

Organize your meetings in your agenda, either face-to-face or remotely
Each user (except “student” and “parent” profiles) can create shared events from their personal agenda. Notifications are sent to guests via the messaging service of the EMS and the event appears in their agendas. If the Skolengo Visio service is activated, the “Videoconference” option can be ticked when the event is added or modified in the agenda.
Benefit from Word, Excel and PowerPoint tools in collaborative mode
Depending on their rights and roles, users can create and edit collaborative files in shared binders. Users with access to these files have the possibility of viewing them only or viewing and editing them. Take, for example, the writing of the text of a play by several student users. Some students could be authors and others only readers.

Optimize searching on the schooling dashboard
New filters are available that facilitate searches for information or files. The type of filters varies according to the context of the search (students, attendance registers, absences, lateness or leavings).
Management of detached students
For Timetable 2020 users, Skolengo integrates the “Detach a student from their class for a priority activity” feature. (management of handicapped students for example). All users concerned (detached student, teachers, etc.) see the “Priority” label appear in their organizer on the courses concerned.
In addition to SMS and bulk mailing, it is now possible to send an e-mail to parents if the latter have agreed to receive information by e-mail. For example, when a new bill has been generated or the balance in the virtual wallet is close to zero (threshold to define). A report tells you the e-mails sent and invalid undelivered e-mails. Moreover, a history of e-mails sent is accessible from the student record.
Online meal booking for staff and students
Up to now, only parents could book meals on-line. Staff and teachers as well as students can now book their meals in advance, directly on-line.

It is possible to insert images (logo, illustration, signature, etc.) in your document templates. Character fonts can also be customized to follow your graphics charter and to appear automatically in your documents.
Account summary: display optimization
Account summaries have been redesigned to clarify the information displayed for administrative and finance staff but also for payers.
Online payment for families: a new option available
It is now possible for parents to pay their bills online in instalments.
